Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By provisioning a store on the ProfitGate platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ProfitGate provides a behavioral intelligence infrastructure designed to optimize merchant profit by identifying high-risk COD behaviors.

2. License and Usage

Each "Slot" in your Merchant Hub is licensed for usage with a single unique WooCommerce store URL. Attempts to rotate multiple stores through a single slot or bypass the licensing metadata may result in immediate suspension of intelligence services.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for the safe keeping of your API keys and Merchant Hub credentials.
• The final decision to ship or cancel an order rests solely with the merchant.
• ProfitGate acts as an intelligence advisor; we provide the behavioral data required to optimize your delivery profit.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime for our data pipelines, ProfitGate is not liable for orders processed during rare infrastructure maintenance windows where the silent handshake may fail open.

5. Prohibited Actions

Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer the ProfitGate Woo Adapter or probe our infrastructure endpoints for vulnerabilities. Such actions will lead to permanent decommissioning of all merchant assets.

6. Governing Law
