• Order Metadata: Order value, item categories, and payment method selected.
• Customer Identifiers: Phone numbers and delivery addresses (encrypted at rest) for RTO risk modeling.
• Technical Data: Store URL and WooCommerce API credentials required for the silent handshake.

3. How We Use Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Provisioning behavioral intelligence to identify and mitigate high-risk delivery patterns.
• Improving the system's ability to identify loss-making shipment behaviors.
• Providing you with accurate intelligence reports in your Merchant Hub to optimize profit.

4. Data Retention and Security

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols. Sensitive customer data is pseudonymized wherever possible. ProfitGate operates as a silent intelligence layer; we do not sell or monetize your store's proprietary order data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

Merchants have the right to decommission their store slots at any time, which immediately halts all intelligence processing for that specific endpoint. Upon account termination, all stored API keys and connection tokens are purged.
